I understand that the funds provided are going to the production of Wear Recycle and that Nicky Watts Studios will do their best to accomplish the goals outlined in this packet. Changes may occur and Nicky Watts Studios is not liable for these changes.

I understand that all funds provided will be used for the production of Wear Recycle and in the event that Wear Recycle is discontinued, Nicky Watts Studios is not responsible for returning the funds back to the sponsors. In the event that Wear Recycle is discontinued, Nicky Watts Studios will donate remaining funds to charity in the names of the sponsors.

I understand that Nicky Watts Studios will act in a demeanor that she deems appropriate to represent Wear Recycle, but in the case her actions are controversial, funding will not be returned, however, I can easily discontinue future involvement and ask for my company/individual name to be relieved from its connection in advertising and dedications.
